The Story of
Nini's Ristorante

This was his dream and he was willing to work very hard to make it come true. In Italy, Daniele had worked in his sister's restaurant cooking and making pizza. Daniele's first restaurant was the Red Rose Pizzeria in Springfield, Massachusetts.

In 1976 he opened a small Italian Restaurant at 20 Cottage Street in Easthampton, Massachusetts called Nini's. In May of 1981, he moved his restaurant to larger and more comfortable quarters at 124 Cottage Street.

Most of the items on Nini's menu are from old and treasured family recipes. Others are Daniele's own creations.
